Following the expulsion of Russian embassy staff from Germany.
Russia has announced the tit-for-tat expulsion of more than 20 German diplomats, along with a partially destroyed house and crater in the town of Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. According to Russian state media, Berlin was severing ties with Moscow.
Ukraine president is certain about the triumph.
